All prices on the site are listed in Indian Rupees and include GST. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but if we've made an error — say, a ₹32,000 fridge listed at ₹3,200 — we'll contact you before shipping. You can cancel at that point and we'll refund the full amount, no questions. An order isn't confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Just adding something to the cart doesn't reserve it.
We deliver to most pin codes in India. Delivery timelines depend on your location: 1–3 days for Mumbai metro, 3–5 for the rest of Maharashtra, and 5–8 for other states. These are working days, not calendar days. We'll send you tracking details once the shipment leaves our warehouse. If nobody's home at delivery, the driver will try calling you. After two failed attempts, the order comes back to us and you'll need to cover re-delivery costs.
You've got 7 days from the delivery date to return a product, provided it hasn't been plugged in or installed. The unit has to be in its original packaging and in the same condition it arrived. For Mumbai addresses, we arrange free pickup. Outside Mumbai, return shipping is on you. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Damaged or defective items are a different story — contact us immediately and we'll sort out a replacement or refund, including shipping.
Manufacturer warranty applies to all products. The exact coverage varies by brand and model — check the product page for specifics. We handle warranty claims directly, so you don't have to chase the manufacturer. Just reach out to us with your order number and a description of the issue.
We're responsible for getting you the product you ordered, in working condition. We're not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or using a product outside its intended purpose (don't use a minibar as a deep freeze, basically). Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the price you paid for the product. This is governed by Indian law, and any disputes go to the courts of Mumbai.
