seyebecu started as a partnership between a few businessmen who'd been working in the appliance trade across Maharashtra. Different backgrounds — wholesale distribution, retail, a bit of commercial refrigeration for restaurants. The idea was simple: stock the models people actually want, deliver them properly, and pick up the phone when something breaks. That's still the idea.

Director
Rajesh handles the business side — sourcing, pricing, supplier relationships. He spent years in the wholesale appliance trade before starting seyebecu, mostly moving stock between distributors and retail chains in Pune and Mumbai. He's the one who picks which models we carry and negotiates the numbers that determine what you pay.

Operations
Priya runs the day-to-day warehouse logistics. She coordinates deliveries, manages inventory counts, and makes sure units leave the warehouse on time and in one piece. Before joining, she was handling supply chain for an electronics distributor in Navi Mumbai. If your delivery arrived when it was supposed to, she's probably why.

Technical Lead
Vikram leads the installation and service team. He's a trained refrigeration technician with experience across domestic and commercial units. When a customer calls with a noise they can't identify, or a compressor that's cycling too often, Vikram's the one who figures out what's going on. He also trains the newer technicians on the team.

Sales
Ananya handles customer enquiries — the emails, the phone calls, the showroom walk-ins who need help choosing between a 340L and a 450L. She's patient enough to explain the difference between frost-free and direct-cool for the third time in a day. Bulk orders for hotels and restaurants go through her too.
