OUR SERVICES

We sell refrigerators. But if that's all we did, you could buy from anyone. The part that matters is what happens after the sale — the delivery, the installation, and the call you make six months later when the ice maker starts dripping. That's the part most sellers quietly disappear from. We don't.

Everything below applies whether you bought one minibar for a guest bedroom or forty units for a hotel chain. Same team, same response time, same phone number.

Installation service

INSTALLATION & DELIVERY

Every unit we sell gets delivered by our own crew — not a random courier. For large models (double-door, chest freezers), the technician stays to install it: checking voltage compatibility, levelling the unit, connecting water lines for ice makers, and running it for a few minutes to make sure the compressor kicks in properly. Mumbai metro deliveries include installation at no extra charge. Outstation orders get a detailed setup guide with the shipment, and we're on the phone if you need us during install.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

Things break. A thermostat fails, a door seal loosens, the condenser fan starts rattling at 2am. When it happens, call us or drop an email with your order number and a description of the problem. For Mumbai customers, we send a technician within 24–48 hours — they carry common replacement parts on every visit, so most repairs wrap up same-day. We also offer annual maintenance contracts: one scheduled visit per year covering compressor diagnostics, coolant top-off, coil cleaning, and a full inspection of electrical components. Cheaper than an emergency call, and it catches problems before they cost you a fridge full of spoiled food.

ACCESSORIES & SPARES

Shelves crack. Vegetable drawers get dropped. Door gaskets wear out and stop sealing properly after a few years. We stock replacement parts for every model we sell — shelves, drawers, handles, seals, water filters, ice trays, thermostat knobs, and bulbs. If you know the model number (it's on a sticker inside the fridge, usually on the side wall), email it to us and we'll confirm availability and price. Parts ship within 48 hours for in-stock items.

For models we don't carry anymore, we can usually source parts from the original manufacturer. Takes a bit longer — a week or two depending on the brand — but we'll let you know upfront whether it's worth waiting or if a generic replacement would work just as well.
