This policy covers what seyebecu.shop collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We're a small operation — we sell refrigerators and cooling equipment from our Mumbai warehouse. We don't run a data business on the side.
When you place an order or fill out our contact form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. That's the minimum we need to get a fridge to your door and follow up if something goes wrong. We also collect payment details at checkout, but those are processed by our payment gateway — we don't store card numbers on our servers.
If you just browse the site without buying, we pick up basic analytics: which pages you visited, how long you stayed, your approximate location (city level, not your street address). This comes through cookies, which you can read about on our cookie policy page.
Your contact details go into our order system so we can process deliveries, handle returns, and reach you if there's a shipping delay. We might email you about a product you ordered — say, a recall or a firmware update for a smart fridge — but we won't spam your inbox with weekly newsletters unless you specifically ask for them. Your browsing data helps us figure out which products people are actually looking at, so we know what to stock.
Our delivery partners get your name, phone, and address — they need it to drop off the unit. Our payment provider handles card transactions under their own privacy terms. We don't sell your data to advertisers or anyone else. If Indian law enforcement shows up with a valid legal request, we'll comply, but that hasn't happened yet and we're not expecting it to.
You can ask us to delete your account data by emailing contact@seyebecu.shop. We'll remove what we can, though we're required to keep tax-related records for a period under Indian law. If you want to know exactly what we have on file for you, just ask — we'll send it over within a few working days.
